No problem, That sounds good.

Get one from the same angle you did before, on your left side. Also try to get one from in front of you as well if at all possible.
Go Deep13:Wed Mar 03, 2010 11:21 pm (GMT 5)
2nd link:

5th picture, look at your plant foot, it is pointing to the left; this is very common for soccer players when they start out kicking footballs. You want your plant foot (left foot) to be pointing towards your target, so straight down the field.

Another common "issue" for soccer players when they start kicking footballs is the follow through. Notice how your kicking leg is coming across your body so that your hips are turned to the left after you strike the ball. When you kick a football you want your body to go straighter down the field through your target. Rather than swinging across the ball to your left, try to really focus on following through straight down the field.

Let me know if this is unclear or if you have additional questions.

Hey all... i`m kicker starte ( kicking for like 2-3 month ).I dont have coach in my club because I`m from Europe and here football its not so much popular and our clubs have 2-3 coachs but very rare they have special team coach, so i dont have anyone to help me. I used this iSwing app and i got few shots of my kicks so if someone can help me and tell where are my mistakes ( i said are because i know i have more than 1 :\ ) .I think it will help u to know that i played soccer for 12 years.
I`m using Wilson F1645X - Extreme balls and i think that they are a little bit lighter than normal and because of that maybe i have little problem with idstance but i`m sure i have a lot of mistakes.
The two most common styles are the traditional Soccer style and American Wedge. It has to do mainly with foot position at impact. Soccer style your toe is pointed down and out so that you hit the foot on top of your foot. There is a bone on top of your foot that is the hardest bone in your foot, many believe it is the best point of impact.

With American wedge your foot is pointed to the right so you are hitting the ball just slightly higher than your instep.

If you google the two i'm sure you'll find some good pictures.
I don't know about the old timers but the last one I saw was Jim Czesnakowski who was a replacement player with the Packers during one of the NFL strikes in the 80's. He was still kicking in the Semi Pro leagues around Pittsburgh the last time I spoke with him. Very nice guy.
I know that everyone kicks the ball slightly different, but up until this point I simply thought everyone was either grouped as a straight on or soccer style kicker. But, I have now learned that there is European soccer style, American soccer style, and the American wedge style. What are the primary differences between these ways of kicking?
I like the idea. But isn’t setting a goal for yourself like wanting to make 10/10 extra points or 5/5 40 yard field goals at practice doing the same thing? I bet I have a lot better chance of hitting three 40 yard field goals in a row than bowling three strikes in a row.
